In March 2017 the Company’s Board of Directors has decided to consolidate trading of shares on Moscow Exchange in order to further improve liquidity. The Company provided its GDR holders the option to tender their GDRs at US$ 5.101 per GDR through tender offer. Overall 49,990,198 GDRs were acquired. The delisting was completed in June 2017.
