The Philippines was chosen to spark PIK's international expansion, thanks to the country's favorable business climate and macroeconomics, low interest rates, as well as high and actively growing demand for quality homes. An international business team comprised of both local experts and PIK’s head office representatives was created to focus on the new market.
To date, all development and construction permits, as well as licenses for sales and advertising have been obtained. Clients can purchase units online directly from the project's website. First sales contracts have already been signed, current results are above company's expectations.
