EDUCATION

Mr. Poselenov graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in chemistry and Multidisciplinary Technological Institute with specialization in finance and lending.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Pavel Poselenov has been Chief Executive Officer of PIK Group since 2010 and Chairman of the Management Board since 2009. Joining the Company in 2008 as General Director of PIK Severo-Zapad Mr. Poselenov was appointed Vise President for Coordination of Group Activities. Prior to that Mr. Poselenov was General Director of the Industrial Insurance Group OSNOVA and a presidium member of All-Russian Insurers Union, being Chairman of Committee for Insurance Affairs in Construction Sector at the Russian Builders Association.

EDUCATION

Mr. Eyramdzhants graduated from the State Finance Academy with specialization in economics and international relations.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Artem Eyramdzhants joined PIK Group in 1996. In 2006 after several years of successful executive career Artem expanded his leadership responsibilities in the Company by being appointed as First Vice President of PIK Group. Prior to PIK Mr. Eyramdzhants worked for United Industry and Trade Bank as Deputy Chairman, previously heading the bank's mortgage department.

EDUCATION

Mr. Rodionov graduated from Yaroslavl Higher Military Finance School.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Andrey Rodionov was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of PIK Group in 2010. Andrey joined the Company from Nafta Moskva where he was most recently Managing Director, previously working as Director of Finance Department. Mr. Rodionov strengthens the Group team having broad knowledge of finance sector.

EDUCATION

Mr. Sapronov graduated from the Military University of the Russian Ministry of Defense, received gratitude from the Russian President.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Fedor Sapronov is Vice President for Legal Affairs of the Company. Joining PIK Group in 1998, Mr. Sapronov had been Head of Legal Department in 2002-2009, since that time providing legal footwork for all major deals. Prior to PIK Mr. Sapronov had a broad experience working in the military justice authorities, banking sector, having advocacy and teaching practice.

EDUCATION

Mr. Kuznetsov graduated from Moscow Institute for Civil Engineering, has MBA degree in Corporate Management and Finance from State Management University.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Konstantin Kuznetsov is Vice President for Industry and Construction of PIK Group. Mr. Kuznetsov has broad and in-depth knowledge of construction sector, bringing extensive experience to the Company. Mr. Kuznetsov began his career as a shifter gradually passing all stages of production management to Vice President of a large company. Prior to PIK Konstantin was General Director of Glavmosstroy Industrial Companies Board, united three large construction enterprises. In 2006-2008 Konstantin combined his primary employment with Glavmosstroy Vice President position. Konstantin has a number of important tributes including the Honourable Builder of Russia and Honorary Employee of Moscow Industry Awards.
